So far these two pages are what I have worked out and polished. More yet to come...

Tech Drawings

Just a couple technical drawings of one of my concepts. I had to get all the measurements down and at least somewhat to scale before deciding what was feasible. With any luck I'll be able to have a chair become a hammock and then... fold flat.

So much stuff...

Currently learning html and css coding, not to mention how to use Adobe Dreamweaver. I have not been this frustrated since my last bout with calculus.

Narrowed

I have narrowed my focus to three of the previous designs and have been moving forward with scale, ergonomics, styling and diagrams. Expect refined concepts within the week...

IDEATION

Main phase of ideation finished. A few more concepts could be added yet but these are the most credible. Click here to see them all.

Sidenote

Allow me to take a brief detour and share with you a project the Purdue IDSA chapter just completed with Hon Furniture. 24 concepts in 48 hours, five teams, locked in studios, technical failures, confused newbies, tons of food and tons of experience. Big thanks to Faraz Shah and everyone at Hon. My team's book. 

Design Direction

Just finalized my preliminary investigation into exsiting products and user wants and needs. This document and the previous should sum it up in brief. On to product ideation and storyboarding!
